My experience so far has been great! It's taken a little bit to get everything rolling but that's how it goes in real estate it actually worked out for me quite well! I'm moving from California and the timing works out perfectly with my company's relocation package. The only downside I can say is that the price went up a bit prior to closing out completely. But that's to be expected with other offers coming in. I got an amazing home in a nice neighborhood can't wait to move in!!! Thanks, Homes Await!!
